Everything..it was an absolutely amazing hotel experience
It was a little loud in the ebony as we had a beautiful Mountain View room which sat above the terrace

Hotel is located in the heart of Alps. Spectacular location. The owners son Recco was exceptional is customer service. Very polite and answered all our question with lot of patience and politeness.

It’s close to salzburg and you can drive to konigsee quite easily. The view is nice and the rooms are comfortable.
The place isn’t much of a “spa”. The pool is very small and underground, wasn’t appealing at all. And the dinner closes at 8, and as per Bavarian specialities is quite meat based. I enjoy bratwurst as much as the next person but I think it was fried in old oil or pig fat, so it had a very heady meaty smell to it. The breakfast has the usual spread of musli and so on and the staff accommodated lactose free options when you ask them, but even the eggs that serve had this “meaty smell”.
