The breakfast was really good and staff also
My room was facing the inner garden and on the Friday night there was a lot of people who were really loud and being disrespectful after midnight, so I had a very poor night sleep, this upset me because I paid a lot of money for our rooms

It is exceptional, the staff, the view, the rooms are nice & clean, the breakfast is so so delicious
if you came back after 8:30 you will have nothing to eat because the hotel restaurants are either close or full + there is no any restaurants nearby since the hotel is up the mountain

I loved the location, the service, the cleanliness, the peace and quiet, the design, the comfort, the staff (both men and women), the breakfast, the lobby, and the lawns.
I didn’t like the prices at the hotel. Since the hotel is quite isolated, guests are highly dependent on it. The price of a glass of water is outrageous. Everything costs money. You constantly feel how the staff is gently trying to nudge you into ordering dinner. You sit in the lobby, and every few seconds you're asked again if you’d like something else. This isn’t a hotel — it’s a money-printing machine.
