Wellness facilities were fabulous, the room was large, the breakfast was awesome with lots of choice.
Underground parking was secure and easy to use.

The hotel itself is lovely and we genuinely enjoyed our trip. I think the indoor/outdoor pools and spa are the main attraction. We really did enjoy them. Breakfast was the clear winner..I've never seen so many options. Everything was delicious. Dinner each night was a 5-course meal which sadly wasn't very consistent. Some nights we had great service and excellent food, and not so much other nights. I would definitely come back, but instead of booking the half-board, I think we'll try the many choices of other restaurants in town.
The check-in and layout directions were unacceptable as well as egregious. For a four-star hotel, the total lack of basic communication from the front desk at arrival was shocking. We were assigned room #113, told to park in the garage, and take the elevator up. Naturally, we went to the first floor, but the hallway abruptly ended at room #112. Beyond a glass door, the only options were staircases. There were zero signs indicating where rooms #113–115 were, making it impossible to navigate with a loaded luggage cart. Only after tracking down a maid did we learn our room was in a separate annex. We had to take our heavy luggage all the way back down to the garage and take an entirely different elevator up just to find it. The front desk staff never bothered to tell us any of this. Management desperately needs to train their staff to give clear directions so guests don't start their vacation trapped in a stressful maze.
