The property is absolutely beautiful and set in a very quiet location with views over the Berchtesgaden Alps.
Due to my health I have limited mobility and the provision of a disabled parking space would have been greatly appreciated. However the parking is limited and very small. The overflow car park is located off site 80 meters away down a very steep hill. It would have been difficult for me to climb up the slope back to the hotel for my wife and I. However we never had to use this parking area but it’s some to be aware of if planning your stay here.

Sehr schöner Blick vom Zimmer und dem Frühstücksraum. Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Frühstück hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
WLAN war oft überlastet, so dass es keine Internetverbindung gab, bzw. man wurde auf das öffentliche Netzwerk geleitet. Ende Juli/Anfang August war Hochsaison für Wespen, nicht nur in den Restaurants in Berchtesgaden, sondern auch auf der Frühstücksterrasse, die ich nach dem zweiten Tag nicht mehr benutzt habe, denn es war schon sehr störend, so viele Wespen um sich zu haben.
Ich würde Besuchern, die körperlich nicht sehr fit sind, dieses Hotel wegen seiner Lage auf dem Hang nicht empfehlen. Will man nicht dem Auto ins Zentrum--was sich als recht schwierig und wenig umweltfreundlich gestalten würde--so hat man auf dem Rückweg zum Hotel eine sehr steilen und anstrengenden Weg zu meistern. Der letzte Bus fährt noch vor 19:00 Uhr.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, ein herrlicher Ausblick auf die Berge. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich. Herr Grafe hat uns freundlich am Anreisetag begrüßt, alles sehr gut erklärt und bei Fragen alles gut erklärt und bei zwei kleinen Problemen schnell geholfen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es war alles da und Sonderwünsche (Spiegelei, Cappuccino, Espresso usw.) wurden gern erfüllt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet.
