Staff, especially Sunny, was incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. We loved the location and facilities. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, great views from dinning room, clean, reasonably priced and nice staff.
Too many stairs to get to elevator. But then again, it is an old hotel.

The view was beautiful. Accessible to all the sites we wanted to visit. Staff was courteous and professional. The garage parking was close and we were glad to have it!

Breakfast was ok but coffee is totally horrible. Ukraine staff were very polite and helpful. Lack of English spoken is a problem
The hotel is expensive and I expected for the price reception to be staffed the majority of the time but it is not and is often closed and no one available to help this is not good for this price point.
