The hotel was very good. The location was excellent. But what made the stay perfect was the host Daniel. He was extremely helpful and friendly and made our stay truly enjoyable. Thanks Daniel.
Nothing.

We loved the views at this property and the location. The breakfast had a nice selection of fresh fruit, breads, yogurt, plus more, and water, juices, coffee, cappuccinos etc. Being able to see the mountains while dining was wonderful! The room was well appointed and the most gorgeous views ever. Our favorite place to stay during our time in Switzerland!! Hopefully, we will have the opportunity to visit and stay here again.

Incredible location , great restaurant and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.
Rather dated rooms and balconies. The mattresses on the beds definitely need to be replaced as very uncomfortable. Very basic breakfast. A few more options would’ve been great.

Breakfast excellent and nourishing. The views are splendid, because the hotel looks out over the Lauterbrunnen valley towards Wengen and the mountains of Eiger, Moench and Jungfrau. Evening meals were plentiful; however, the kitchen shut soon after 8pm, which made it slightly inconvenient after a late day exploring the Bernese Oberland region. The location was very convenient for the local train access - necessary in a car-free resort like Muerren.
Being a bit rushed for dinner.
