Restaurant: The staff tried their utmost best. However being a weekend with great weather were clearly under staffed. Value for money: room too expensive

The hotel is nice, some rooms have views. I was staying in the outer building which was nice. Room and bathroom were big enough and very clean.

I didnt like that room didnt have a kettle to make a tea.

To beginning, we were at the hotel in early May. When booking, no one warned us that the winter season was over (and summer season has not started yet) in the whole of Mürren and everything would be closed. Most hotels and restaurants were closed. This was a very unpleasant news. The hotel had no reception or any staff, it was completely open to anyone. I picked up my room card at the counter in an envelope with my name on it. Breakfast was at another hotel about 200 m away, which was not unbeatable, but I expected a hotel breakfast. At this point, the photos and information published in booking.com did not match at all. I fundamentally blame the hotel management for this and criticize them for not providing information fairly. The hotel is a traditional wooden small building, not enough space for everything, standard stench. The room is sufficient for someone who just wants to sleep. No amenities, tiny bathroom. I did not expect much, but the hotel's approach disappointed me quite a bit.
