The room was comfortable and clean.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Nice breakfast.
Though the hotel is situated not in the very center of Vienna, it is very close , within walking distance. The neighborhood is charming, beautiful and very calm. It has some vey nice cafes and restaurants very close to the hotel.
I would recommend it to anyone and stay there again.
The pillows were a bit old and uncomfortable, otherwise it was perfect.

Close to city. Very friendly stuff and very helpful.
Loud noice like fridge/fan or something through the night. My power point and light didn’t work. Sofa bed was super squeaky so every time the person turned they woke up who room.
