Excellent location , breakfast was good but bathroom was very old and carpets in the room are dirty.
Dirty carpets smoke smell. You can hear a little the cars and traffic.

The location is about as good as it gets.
In the northern side of the building, the walls and doors are quite thin and you can very easily hear everything in the hallway.
The breakfast options are quite spartan, which doesn't need to be a bad thing, there's some options but mostly white bread and other less "healthy" options.
