This is a gorgeous property with wonderful surroundings. We stayed in two attic rooms as a family of four and the rooms and bathrooms suited perfectly to our needs. The night was very quiet and the breakfast was excellent.
Although the building is beautiful as it is, the rooms can highly benefit from a renovation. There was no issue with the cleaning but the run down feeling of the room made a strange impression when we first entered our rooms.

The hotel was full of charm and wonderfully French.
The gardens were perfect to relax in and excercise our dogs, who were made very welcome.
It was great that the hotel had EV chargers
The food in the restaurant was exceptional
The hotel restaurant was very busy and we had to wait for over an hour to be seated

Clean room. Given. Downstairs room close to the gardens to accommodate our little dog. Staff welcoming and helpful. Restaurant was a good experience, waiter was extremely attentive.

The star of the show at this hotel is the restaurant. We both enjoyed a fabulous meal, I am a vegetarian and frequently France is an issue for me but this hotel had both a starter and a main course that were delicious. My husband declared his meal the best of the holiday and he is not easily pleased! The wine list is really good too. Staff were so friendly and attentive especially Morgan.
The hotel is dated and tired. Our room in the orangerie was OK but is desperately in need of a refurbishment. The gardens are also a little tired and it's a real shame that the tennis court has been left to get so overgrown. However, we did both sleep well so the bed and the pillows were comfortable and the water in the bathroom was good and hot!
