Amenajarea interioara, Curtea foarte frumos amenajata, personalul amabil, gard în gard cu una dintre întrările la pisine
Costul destul de mare întrucât nu prea ai ce face în zona fiind este destul de departe de centru, micul dejun destul de modest, la baie era hârtia igienica pe un suport, jos pe gresie, iad când făceai dus se umezea de la pardoseala

Pobyt w hotelu był bardzo przyjemny , śniadania dobre , jak ktoś nie jest łakomczuchem to w zupełności wystarczy...Lokalizacja bardzo dobra wszędzie blisko , na plus klimat ala Włoski jeśli chodzi o wystrój , w restauracji pyszne posiłki...Personel bardzo miły i życzliwy.

Totul,nota 10 pentru personal este prea puțin.Receptiv la orice solicitare,micile probleme care pot apărea sunt rezolvate instant.O locație primitoare, amenajată cu bun gust,camera spațioasă și răcoroasă pe timpul verii,pat mare și confortabil, lenjerie de cea mai bună calitate,mic dejun proaspăt și gustos, atmosferă plăcută și liniștită.Mancare delicioasă și de calitate la restaurant.Mulțumesc Platan Garden Rooms & Restaurants pentru un sejur de calitate.Recomand de câte ori am ocazia.
Nu este cazul,doar pot să semnalez lipsa unui uscător de prosoape,eu am avut unul personal.

Room, building and garden look nice, staff friendly and helpful. Good location - not in the busy city center and close to spa entrance. Dinner in restaurant was delicious. Good wifi and Netflix on TV.
Remote control for air-conditioning is available in the rooms, however, air conditioning temperature cannot be set individually in rooms - set centrally to 24 degrees day-and-night, which is too hot for nights.
No wardrobe for clothes, however, there is a locked glass wardrobe in the room for decoration purposes. Might be more useful to have an unlocked wardrobe for clothes instead.
Entrance is through the restaurant which is a bit inconvenient.
Bed mattress is hard and of two pieces for a queen-sized bed, creating a hole in between the two, which is somewhat uncomfortable.
