The hotel is perfectly located at the very center of Urbino, you can't possibly be situated any better for an hotel offering this kind of space and comfort. Upon arrival the hotel staff was very kind in first of all completing the ZTL form, and then helping me out to park my car within the private internal parking lot, which was however full, but at the end of the day a satisfying solution was found. Given the excellent location, the town center with all the restaurants, shops and sightseeing places was very easy and quick to access. Breakfast was very good, with varieties of food so that everyone should find the food he preferes. The staff was always present and very kind to help.
As the hotel seems to be aging a little bit, some facilities especially in the bathroom could be updated or renewed. In order to satisfy the ever growing needs of customers with various (physical) disabilities or limitations, bathtubs need to be replaced with showers. In my bathroom the shower head was not staying in place so that I had to hold it in my hand. It's little things that need to be said, but they did not impact the overall and general feeling of the stay which was excellent.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the Palazzo Ducale and within walking distance to everything. The on site parking lot is very convenient if you're driving. The staff is very friendly.
The property is quite tired and the bed is hard.
