Good room and bed, bathroom, and air conditioning which was important for the 40C outside. Its a good price for what was on offer.
Nice gardens, although the swimming pool was used for swimming lessons by swimming schools (noisy!) the rest of the estate - very large garden - was very well appointed and quiet.
The smell of detergent in the shared areas. It was very clean, the cleaning products odour was overwhelming at times.

Comfortable beds and pillows, cleanliness - everyday they make up the beds and clean the floor and bathroom.
Nice swimming pools - a big one and a small one for the little ones.
Good location for travelling to points of interest by car.
Free parking.
Disgusting food at the "Bistro" which is actually the pool bar for lunch.
The rule with the swimming cap in the pool, really doesn't make much sense.

We stayed 26-28 September 2025 (short stay for a wedding we were attending). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate, very clean! They have a small gym that I was able to use, which was a plus. Nico dealt with our breakfast, and he was amazing!! Even taught us a bit of Italian ❤️
The spa wasn't open when we visited, due to maintenance works.

Stayed here once before 13 years ago and the hotel has been renovated to some extent at some point since then but the room furniture looked dated.
Large car park. We did not end up hiring a car but originally booked because of this.
It took us about 20 minutes to walk to the historic centre of Conversano (the hotel is on the outskirts). We only did the walk in daylight, which was fine.
Reception were helpful in providing local taxi service details for getting to/from other towns.
Bedroom was clean and the pool view was lovely but...
Shower area had mould.
Only soap and shower gel were provided.
No chairs or table on the balcony, which was a shame as it was a good size and we had a nice pool view. Also, we booked this Superior room to be able to relax on the balcony in the morning. Two chairs were delivered, although they looked like wedding/event chairs. Never received a table, which was less of an issue, but other balconies had one.
Room door was extremely difficult to open. Could not get into the room on arrival. Reception said to pull the handle, then push the door but it took multiple attempts each time. Nobody came to help on arrival or fix the door during our stay.
Bed was quite hard, which we found uncomfortable.
Not a 4-star experience.
