Comfortable hotel in a great location.

The hotel was in an excellent location and walkable to almost all of the major sites. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have an elevator as we were on the fifth floor. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were helpful and kind. There was plenty of hot water when we showered. For this price point, it was an excellent deal.

It would have been nice to have a larger rubbish bin in the room as we were constantly having to walk to the bathroom to throw things away in the tiny bin next to the toilet. There was no pot in the room for heating water for tea, but I was able to get tea during the day in the sixth floor breakfast room. This is a small hotel so the desk is not staffed very early in the morning. We left at 5:00 AM and had to let ourselves out to catch a cab. The wi-fi was very slow and unreliable. These issues did not detract from our stay.

Well run, efficient hotel with helpful staff.

As with most hotels in Turkiye the smell of cigarettes is all pervasive.

near the heart of city

bathroom shower drain clogged, no toothpaste or tooth brush mosquitoes at night mattress very uncomfortable lighting in room and bathroom poorly luminated carpet smelly the reception should know the basic English language although very cooperative at most times, once they have the payment cleaner towels room service should ask for permission to clean room.

Cool place

Even though that staffs can not speaking English but they will their best to help you out. The hotel room was clean and compared to the price it was a good place. But the only problem was you can’t find a good restaurant near the hotel and for a good healthy meal you have take a taxi. Also there was sometimes that that the bath water was not hot and every time for taking a shower you needed to call the recipient and ask them to reset the heating system.

Superb

We travelled across Turkey and stayed in this place for one night. The staff was very nice, the rooms were comfortable, and it was crucial for us that the hotel is in the very center, next to the famous archeological museum.
