Nestled in Park City, this charming house for $939 per night is a great option for your next break. This recently-completed Park City historic home has been lovingly restored over the last two years with great attention to detail in both the design and every conceivable modern amenity. It is a true gem, located just two blocks uphill from Old Town and the Park City Skier Plaza. ABOUT THE PROPERTY: - 5 Bedrooms (sleeps 14) - Large entertainment room with big screen TV - Private bar area You’ll enjoy luxurious accommodation and privacy in this 3 level, 2800 sq ft home, only a five-minute walk to Main Street’s shops, restaurants and night life. The house features a gourmet kitchen, underfloor radiant heat, air conditioning, hi-speed wireless internet and Xfinity TV’s throughout the home. There are exterior stairs leading from the parking bay down to the spacious yard with a large hot tub and a second entrance to the lower family room and master suite. The King Master Suite has a walk out deck, flat screen TV, and large master bath suite. Two private rooms upstairs share a beautiful tile bathroom, one with a queen bed and the other furnished with two twin beds. Downstairs is a large entertainment room with a big screen TV. We loved this house and would definitely rent it again. There were 5 of us couples and everyone said nothing but wonderful things. The location was perfect for both skiing and going to Main Street. The location was so central and such a lovely walk back to the house. The hot tub was perfect and very big. We had a chef come cook for us and the house was stocked with plenty of dinnerware. The only thing that would have been better was if there was another parking spot for the house. With the snow, it was hard to find a spot to park one of our two suburbans, but we managed to find one. All in all, we would rather have a ton of snow than not!

Although we enjoyed the property whilst we were there, a number of things need to be rectified for future visitors.
1. On our first morning when trying to make breakfast the electric breaker tripped and the electricity went off in all of the breakfast area.(This happened several times on our visit).You need to notify customers where the breaker switches are located as we spent valuable time searching for this.
2. The amount of glasses that are supplied is very inadequate.One glass had a crack in it, all different sizes, shapes etc. need to be uniform.
3. Cups and plates cracked/chipped which is a health hazard
4. Hot tub, pretty disgraceful water, dirty and after two days use could not use anymore as children were itching, health hazard.
5. Could not get the washing machine to work on the main floor.
6. Need an information book for guests on the property
7. Have visited many places throughout the ski world over the Christmas/New Year period and have ALWAYS had a Christmas tree and decorations, rather disappointing that this property did not, particulary as you pay more for this time of year.

This is an awesome home and perfect location to the slopes and downtown Part City. Exactly as described and pictured. Would definitely stay again and perfect for a large group.

The house was great for our large group. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and even had sharp knives! The Thermador appliances are a nice plus. The location is terrific. The house is definitely older than it appears in the pictures and overall we thought it a bit shabby. The mattresses and bedding could use an upgrade. We debated 4 versus 5 stars as our expectations were much higher based on the pictures but decided it was fairly priced for what you get and gave 5 stars based on value for the money.

The house is perfectly located. We easily walked to all of the restaurants and shopping on Main St. The house is spacious with lots of room for sleeping and relaxing. The furniture is well placed for relaxing with family and friends. We enjoyed every aspect of the house. The owner and management company were very responsive and accommodating. Great stay and would look for this house on future visits to Park City.

This is a beautiful and well cared for home. It is in walking distance of Main Street. We were 6 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of space to keep everyone happy and healthy.

This house was perfect for us because we had kids and also teens. It was great because it was walkable to old town. It was also well designed and appointed for all. The AC was the only issue and the house was a bit warm throughout the stay but other than that it was perfect. I think that was more just related to the weather.

Our multigenerational family stayed in this house during the summer. It has everything you would need and enough space to spread out. Very convenient to downtown.
Only issue was owner coming unannounced and insisting she come in the house to show friends when baby was sleeping. The property manager was responsive and indicated that it was not appropriate and shared feedback with owner.

We stayed at Michelle’s house with older parents and babies and a toddler. It was very comfortable and an easy walk down into town. During ski season this would be an incredible place to stay as you can easily walk to the town lift. The house was very clean and nice and check in was easy. The hot tub was great and the house was fully loaded with kitchen supplies and towels. There is a steep hill to get back up from town if that is an issue for anyone that needs to walk. Also parking was little tight in the driveway (would be tough to open doors with a bigger car) and there is only one street spot (where you can park a bigger car) so you cannot have more than two cars. We used baby quip to rent equipment for 3 days as the house did not provide a pack n play etc which added another $300 to the stay. Overall it was just as described and was great.

We booked the property for our daughter’s destination wedding. It was an excellent location and layout. It was the central point for friends and family as they arrived. Great for skiers and non skiers. Close to free shuttle, town and town lift. No need for a car depending on circumstances of trip. Extremely well appointed in every way. We experienced a couple of issues, mostly attributable to the harsh weather. The property manager was easy to contact and attempted to solve the issues.

This house had everything my group of 12 needed for an excellent ski week in Park City! It’s so close to the Town Lift/Main Street, which made getting around convenient to do without having to drive, and the house was well-stocked with pantry items. Jon was very communicative and responsive - we had an issue with the roofing and some leaking given the storm that passed through during the week but he was able to quickly confirm that someone would be by to repair the issue. Overall, a dream vacation and we would rebook in a heartbeat!

Just like our previous stay, house is well maintained, and a block and a half from town lift slope. Walk to the end of the street pop your skis on and ski down to town lift. Had a minor issue we had to call maintenance guy, he was prompt and fixed the problem. Will definitely stay again! Thanks so much!

We have stayed at this property for a number of years. It is a beautiful house with lots of room. It is always clean, maintained impeccably and well supplied with everything you need. The hot tub is a great size, perfectly located and a welcome relief after a day on the slopes. Location is perfect with short walk to town lift and into town in the evenings. Communication with Michelle and John couldn't have been better both before and during the stay. Check in process couldn't have been easier.

We had an incredible stay at this home. We had 4 couples over 5 days to enjoy Sundance. The home was beautiful, spacious, and was a quick walk to Main Street. The entire group had a blast! Highly recommend this home and thank you for the hospitality!

Location was great to to slopes and within walking distance to town with restaurants and shops. The house and kitchen was fully stocked with everything that you would need. Driveway is tight and only fits one car, there is street parking as well but with all the snow on the ground it wasn't an option. Would recommend this house!

Great place--was not a disappointment. The location cannot be beat. We had about 3-5 min walk to the town lift. It was about a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants/shops downtown. We had 3 families and plenty of room. FYI, parking is tight, but you can easily walk everywhere and shuttle to the grocery store. The only snafu we had was hot water was not working first day which also effected the heating system. Property manager quickly fixed it the next day and we were good to go. Recommend, and when we come back to Park City, we hope to stay here again.

We chose Park City as a central location to gather our family for Thanksgiving. The house was a great fit its abundant space, and great location — it is nicely located within easy walking distance to Main Street with its shops and restaurants. And the property management team were extremely responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Park City.

We absolutely loved our time at this property. It was exactly as the photos and description described! The place overall was very well maintained, they even had yard guys that came by while we were there. Unfortunately we had just gone to pick up coffees at Harvest after a hot tub soak and they accidently blew some of the leaves and suck into the hot tub, which we should have closed. They obviously really care about keeping the place clean and nice for the guests. It is in walking distance to everything which was awesome! On our final night we had a private chef come and he was very familiar with the house. He stated that it is one of the best spots in park city and we could not agree more! I would recommend for any type of Park City getaway!
