This recently-completed Park City historic home has been lovingly restored over the last two years with great attention to detail in both the design and every conceivable modern amenity. It is a true gem, located just two blocks uphill from Old Town and the Park City Skier Plaza. ABOUT THE PROPERTY: - 5 Bedrooms (sleeps 14) - Large entertainment room with big screen TV - Private bar area You’ll enjoy luxurious accommodation and privacy in this 3 level, 2800 sq ft home, only a five-minute walk to Main Street’s shops, restaurants and night life. The house features a gourmet kitchen, underfloor radiant heat, air conditioning, hi-speed wireless internet and Xfinity TV’s throughout the home. There are exterior stairs leading from the parking bay down to the spacious yard with a large hot tub and a second entrance to the lower family room and master suite. The King Master Suite has a walk out deck, flat screen TV, and large master bath suite. Two private rooms upstairs share a beautiful tile bathroom, one with a queen bed and the other furnished with two twin beds. Downstairs is a large entertainment room with a big screen TV. This VRBO provided an ideal stay with its close proximity to the mountain, comfortable beds, seamless check-in experience, and convenient location near downtown. It's a fantastic choice for accommodating a large group of people. We had a great time!

We loved this house and would definitely rent it again. There were 5 of us couples and everyone said nothing but wonderful things. The location was perfect for both skiing and going to Main Street. The location was so central and such a lovely walk back to the house. The hot tub was perfect and very big. We had a chef come cook for us and the house was stocked with plenty of dinnerware. The only thing that would have been better was if there was another parking spot for the house. With the snow, it was hard to find a spot to park one of our two suburbans, but we managed to find one. All in all, we would rather have a ton of snow than not!

Although we enjoyed the property whilst we were there, a number of things need to be rectified for future visitors. 1. On our first morning when trying to make breakfast the electric breaker tripped and the electricity went off in all of the breakfast area.(This happened several times on our visit).You need to notify customers where the breaker switches are located as we spent valuable time searching for this. 2. The amount of glasses that are supplied is very inadequate.One glass had a crack in it, all different sizes, shapes etc. need to be uniform. 3. Cups and plates cracked/chipped which is a health hazard 4. Hot tub, pretty disgraceful water, dirty and after two days use could not use anymore as children were itching, health hazard. 5. Could not get the washing machine to work on the main floor. 6. Need an information book for guests on the property 7. Have visited many places throughout the ski world over the Christmas/New Year period and have ALWAYS had a Christmas tree and decorations, rather disappointing that this property did not, particulary as you pay more for this time of year.

This is an awesome home and perfect location to the slopes and downtown Part City. Exactly as described and pictured. Would definitely stay again and perfect for a large group.

The house was great for our large group. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and even had sharp knives! The Thermador appliances are a nice plus. The location is terrific. The house is definitely older than it appears in the pictures and overall we thought it a bit shabby. The mattresses and bedding could use an upgrade. We debated 4 versus 5 stars as our expectations were much higher based on the pictures but decided it was fairly priced for what you get and gave 5 stars based on value for the money.
