The location is next to the main road in the industry area.
The room was next to the heating center, so it was slightly noisy during night.
Only black and green tee on the room.
The spa is only from 5pm-9.30 pm.
Spa and gym are not that big.

- There is an additional spa fee of €10 per person per day, which is not clearly stated during booking (although it is communicated shortly before arrival). In any case, the spa itself is quite basic and may not justify the extra cost.
- The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, resulting in poor sleep. The pillows felt too firm and the mattress too soft, making it difficult to rest properly.
- Breakfast was acceptable, but portions felt somewhat limited, for example, being served a sandwich with only a small (half) slice of cheese felt a bit restricted.
- The location is not ideal. Although it is advertised as being close to Arona and about 200 m from the lake, there is very little within walking distance, making it less convenient for exploring on foot.
