Outstanding apartment! Spacious and modern, well equipped with new appliances. Very comfortable beds. Location is excellent just few minutes walking or driving to the center of Stresa. Everything just make you feel welcome and at home. Giuoliano welcomed us with a big smile and was very helpful all along. The best part - OUTSTANDING VIEW of the entire Stresa bay, both from the large and useful terrace and from the bedroom. We had breakfasts and dinners on the terrace watching the bay and it was awesome!
If you plan on walking to city center the way back is short but strenuous. We did it once by foot and the rest by car.

Beautiful, clean apartment with a super view. Parking in a garage kept the car cool (it was 35C when we were there). It is a 10min down hill walk to the lovely town of Stresa where there are 2 supermarkets (Conan being the nicer one) and plenty of restaurants. Of course you have to go up hill (steep) coming back so be aware if you have difficulty with that. The complex manager, Giuliano, is excellent and helpful and even answered my questions at 10pm. There was an issue with our booking but Giuliano resolved the issue by keeping us informed and finding a good solution. We would love to return one day.

Oh my goodness, the pictures did not do it justice. Residence Le Primule is a beautiful setting with fabulous views of Lago Maggiore. My husband and I are already planning a trip with the family. I appreciated the use of the laundry facilities. The patio views are outstanding and the furniture very comfortable. Parking was a breeze and the commune of Stresa was an easy stroll down the hill.
