This hotel is excellent and a completely wonderful surprise. Step into old-world luxury and enjoy the type of service and special touches that no longer exist in most modern hotels! Staff are all amazing and super friendly, rooms are luxe, spa and facilities are gorgeous and breakfast is outstanding!
Only thing “missing” is a beach area and there were some mosquitos at the outdoor pool… but we didn’t mind as everything else more than made up for it!

Breakfast is amazing. All of the facilities (outside pool, inside pool/sauna/snow room/steam room) are very clean and super nice. The rooms are gorgeous. The entire hotel is overall absolutely stunning.
For the price they should have free parking. It is 3 euro/hour or 20 euros/day (after I believe 6 hrs). And for an hotel like this, charging 20 euro/day quite honestly doesn't look good. Moreover not everyone that is at the front desk tells you that if you park inside and then go back to the desk and ask them they will do something on the ticket that will allow you to park in out as you wish (otherwise if you park and after a couple of hrs you need to take your car you must pay and then start over with a new ticket when you drive into the garage).

Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff
The room is cramped. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The bathroom was terrible. Only a very high bathtub. One gad to be very careful while getting into snd out of it. The washbasin was very small. The drinking glasses, which were placed on the basin, were always soaking wet. There was no soap dish, and the soap was always soggy and sticking to the basin.
