Najbardziej podobała nam się atmosfera hotelu, piękne i zadbane wnętrza, strefa SPA oraz bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Dużym plusem była również lokalizacja – idealna na spokojny wypoczynek i spacery po Kudowie-Zdroju. Śniadania były bardzo różnorodne i pyszne, a cały pobyt pozwolił nam naprawdę odpocząć.
Nie mamy większych uwag. Pobyt spełnił nasze oczekiwania i z przyjemnością wrócimy ponownie.

The Location was perfect. Walking distance to all attractions. Many choices for breakfast however the restaurant was very crowded during breakfast time. The swimming pool was nice and clean and enjoyable.
The service was poor. When we asked for wine glasses and bottle opener to be provided in the room, we were told we need to purchase it. Unacceptable in high rated hotel. Staff was not friendly, nor helpful. Even though the room was very small, the air conditioning wasn’t able to cool it down. The bathroom tails were cracked and the shower head broken. Totally not what we expected from the 4star, advertised as the best resort in Kudowa Zdroj.
