Lokalizacja bardzo blisko Parku Zdrojowego, zdecydowanie na plus.
W ofercie zabrakło informacji, że pokój znajduje się na poddaszu, ma mniej niż wpisane 18 metrów, ma skosy, bardzo małe okno, przez co było niesamowicie duszno. Szafa na odzież była wąska i bez półek. Nie było gniazdek przy łóżku co utrudniało ładowanie komórek. Poduszki zdecydowanie do wymiany-lepiej nie zaglądać pod poszewki. Wchodzenie na 3 piętro bez windy też było uciążliwe, zwłaszcza że śniadanie podawano w sali w piwnicy. Na minus również zbyt mały i płatny parking. Pobierając opłatę należało by zadbać aby miejsce parkingowe było przypisane do pokoju żeby móc parkować niezależnie od godziny przyjazdu. Tu tego zabrakło i samochody stały nawet na środku placyku blokując wyjazd innym.

+ extensive choice of food for breakfast
- extremely loud floor and very bad sound isolation in the rooms, you can hear every step and sound from your neighbours and the corridor
- the room was cleaned and the towels were changed only once (on our request) during the whole week
- toilet paper supplies were never refilled, garbage bins were never emptied - everything you should arrange yourself on the reception
- not comfortable bed, very soft mattresses
- no air-conditioning in the rooms
- most of the stuff speaks only polish
- paying was possible only by cash
- no airconditioning
- no tap beer on the bar
