Great location with direct gated access from the waterfront and a 5 minute walk to the Liberty Lines terminal.
Short walk into Lipari town and all its facilities and sites.
Lovely pool and sunbathing area with loungers and sun shades. Beautiful gardens well maintained with a variety of trees and shrubs and grassy areas.
Room was perfectly functional and bed exceptionally comfortable.
Aircon was brilliant
Kitchen area was good; reasonably stocked to allow meal preparation.
Breakfast was adequate with reasonable choices.
Staff pleasant.
Only criticism would be that the rooms with the kitchen facilities would benefit from some basic items; dish cloth, tea towel, small washing up liquid. Maybe some cooking condiments; salt, pepper, olive oil.
For people travelling this would be really helpful rather than them having to go out and buy everything in.
Maybe a “starter pack” you could have the option of buying ready to put in your room?
The pool towels were €5 each was were great so maybe something at €15 for the kitchen basics? Just a suggestion.

The residence was very clean and good location.
5 min walk from main harbour.

The pool was beautiful and well maintained. The location is a short walk to the port
Unfortunately when we arrived, the lady who greeted us did not speak or understand English.
We were unable to get internet access and no-one could help us.
Although the studio was overall clean, the floor was filthy. The soles of our feet were black even after a few minutes of walking around.
Definitely not 4*, more like 3* for the quality of the studio.
Very poor reception on TV.
Quality of breakfast and even coffee very average.
