There are grocery stores and many cafés near the property, and the beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. At the end of May there were not many people on the beach, which I really appreciated, as I don’t like crowded places.
The sea water wasn’t warm enough yet, so it was cold to stay in the water but it was still very pleasant to sit on the shore and enjoy the fresh sea air. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. I really liked the host, she is a very nice and attentive person, and I wish her all the best.
What I didn’t like - the price of the apartment felt a bit too high for what was offered: there was no electric kettle, no washing machine, and no dishwasher, which made the stay less comfortable. However, if you are not planning to cook, this may not be a problem. The sofa bed in the room could only be used in its non-folded position.

The staff running the hotel, and the regular cleaner, were very friendly and accommodating. The location of the room, looking over some low-lying restaurants, was quite fantastic with respect to the view of the Mediterranean, southern exposure (good for providing additional warmth and light during an unseasonably cool November), and a very quick skip to the beach and local restaurants. The balconies were nice as was the fairly well-outfitted kitchen.
Not the best soundproofing, and look out for Saturday night revellers at all hours (the rest of the week the street in front was very quiet).

Everything is outdated & not working. Terrible shower. Everything needs to be renovated.
