Great stay

Clean, cozy, nice hotel. Spacious room, comfortable bed. There are 2 parking lots (the second one always has available spaces). The ladies at the reception very polite and lovely. A big supermarket BM (food, water and etc.) just 350 meters away. Few restaurants realy close to hotel. I would stay here again.

I would prefer another side of the building, not to the main street and restaurants, because it is a little bit noisy. But the ear plugs would help.

Good hotel, friendly staff. But no air conditioning!!!

Good location, parking on site, friendly staff and a new bathroom. The have a nice shared room with a bar and a library. Nice pool.

Loved this hotel. The setting was picture perfect.

The location was excellent. Close to all the hikes we wanted to do and only 15 minutes into town for dinners. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and great value. They also accommodated us for earlier breakfasts in their bar when we wanted to get out early. Dinner there was also exceptional. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One staff made us delicious sandwiches for an all day hike. She was incredibly thoughtful. Would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

We have no negatives. Loved this hotel.

Gateway to picos de europa

The pool was fantastic for my daughter. Staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel and room were spotless. Close to some of the walks etc we wanted to do.

Excellent hotel, good value and superbly placed in a village that has everything that you need.

Excellent location as a base for exploring the Picos, in our case, by motorbike. The room was excellent, large with an excellent bathroom. Breakfast was reasonable, I only tried it once, but others seemed satisfied with it. Good views from the room too!

Minor details but we would have liked a kettle in the room, and a bar that encouraged people to gather in the evening.

Beautiful location, lovely staff, fabulous lounge and comfy bed. Lovely outside spaces. Room very spacious.

Nice and very friendly hotel in the middle of town

Extremely friendly and responsive, accommodating any request where possible, nice common areas inside and outdoors incl swimming pool in the right season. Very modern bathroom! Good parking facilities.

As tall person a room under the roof is a bit inconvenient near the window.

Enjoyable overnight stay

very comfortable - large communal relaxation area with lots of guide books and maps. Sun Terrace and sound of the river below. staff very friendly

The room is neer the cares river and its wonderful..Breakfast was great but the didn't tell us that it was not included.

Nice comfortable hotel in a great location, be prepared to up your budget as mentioned above.

The breakfast was advertised on booking.com as being 7euros per night but is actually A la Carte and quite expensive, the quality was good though. Another issue is that the price of the hotel when booking does not include tax when you pay at the hotel so be prepared to pay quite a lot more, my booking.com price would have been £156 for 3 nights but was actually £192 which included only 1 breakfast, this is misleading on the booking.com website. Very nice friendly staff, clean and comfortable room.

Just loved it

This hotel is outstanding value for money and just outstanding anyway. Room was great lounge great and pool a bonus. Staff were unfailingly helpful and lovely. We might be back !!

Nothing really. We didn’t have breakfast as the reviews were not great, the breakfast area did look a little uninviting but there are plenty of options outside.
