The location is excellent! Views of the port & plazas that are port side
My only “negative” is that the linens seem a bit dated. However, the location, the comfy bed & value more than make up for it.

Just a very nice room. In a nice part of llanes. Definitely our favourite so far on our tour of Spain. And a reasonable price.

A great place to stay in Llanes. Location is perfect just in the center of town. Very nice rooms that are clean and comfortable. Will for sure stay here again.

Lovely building and a high quality restoration. Cleanliness and position are excellent.
Poor breakfast - the cafe opposite is excellent, go there - and grumpy service. Could be a great place if it were more welcoming.
