Excelente ubicación y atención de personal en Fira

La ubicación muy buena, lejos del ruido del centro. Habitación amplia y muy limpia. El personal tiene una excelente atención, rentamos una cuatrimoto allí mismo y nos ayudaron con el proceso de renta.

Gran lugar, algunos problemas de organización.

La ubicación muy cerca del centro de Fira y la piscina con vista al mar. Buen café y una mesa en la terraza para el desayuno. La habitación es muy amplia.

No llegaron a hacer el aseo el segundo día y fue bastante desagradable (por el cambio de la basura), además me dieron una explicación extraña como que era cada dos días, siendo que en Booking.com lo ofrecen a diario. En el piso del baño se subía el agua (no se si es algo generalizado en Santorini) El personal era muy amable pero a veces era difícil ubicarlos en la recepción (presencial o teléfono).

Very nice; staff was excellent; great location

The location was great; it was out of the fray of the main area of town, but within walking distance of town and everything that you might want to do. It is however nestled on a hairpin curve of a very busy road which was loud at night. We wanted to keep windows open b/c it was so lovely in the evening, but we did close the windows and it did cut out all the noise, which was surprising but made it quiet for sleeping. The room was very comfortable but slightly tight quarters for 4 people. Nice size bathroom. We loved the hottub. Did not ever use the pool, since it is pretty small and there were always people using it and it felt like it was someone else's private pool. The staff was very hospitable and ALWAYS available to address our questions. We had some issues with the WiFi and air conditioning when we checked in, but everything was resolved immediately.

Perfect hotel to visit Fira, Firostefani, Imerovigli, Oia

Nice hotel, recently renovated (nothing to do with the old pictures you could see on Tripadvisor) 5 minute walk from Fira centre, thanks to a very handy shortcut 10-15 minute walk from Firostefani Kettle, coffee machine with capsules, fridge and safety box available in the room Small but very appreciated swimming pool at the top floor Bathrooms with showers available at ground floor, handy in case of late checkouts

A comfortable short stay made even more flexible by extending our check out by three hours for free.

Location into Fira 3 -5 min walk, beautiful sunrise view and really peaceful

Could have a vending machine for cold drinks and maybe some light music near the swimming pool.

The bathroom had a terrible smell. The room had a window to a common lounge area that had the light on the whole time so very difficult to sleep.

Exceptional

Very comfortable and clean place, located very close to Fira center and away from the crowd and the noise. The staff was very welcoming and made our stay great, they upgraded our room to the suite room without extra charge to make our stay better. The place have great (east) sea view and very nice pool. We enjoyed the balcony and the room facilities.

Exceptional

Such beautiful and well equipped accommodation. We loved the simplicity of the design, practicality and function. After spending the days and nights exploring Santorini it was great to come back, relax and restore ourselves. The location is great if you want to be close enough to the action but far enough away to not be right in amongst it. Working from home the wifi was superfast, rooms well equipped to have seperate spaces. Our host was so accomodating in giving directions and ensuring we were looked after. I would absolutely stay again

Perfect spot for a great stay

Its a short walk from Fira town centre, the staff was really courteous and helpful. I was a given a free upgrade to their villa which was really comfortable.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. But it was the view from my balcony that truly took my breath away. Watching the sunrise in the morning was an experience I'll never forget. The interior design was also a standout feature of this hotel. From the lobby to my room, every detail had been carefully considered, creating an atmosphere of comfort and luxury. And speaking of luxury, I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a fancy suite during my stay. The extra space and amenities made my time here even more special.

I would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel

The hotel is very new, it was a very good experience here. Rooms were cleaned daily and all other areas. Comfy beds and the staff were really friendly and helpful. There is a small swimming pool with sea views. All area is beautiful. We had a slow internet connection at first, but we were very surprised when owners solved this problem at the same day and internet became fast.

The fridge in the room was freezing everything, too cold, we were not successful to make it work properly.

Just did a one nighter

We only stayed one night, basically just to sleep and the beds were comfortable and room was clean. Location of our particular room was not the best, but for the price we paid (was very cheap) it was fine and did the job so no complaints. Hotel is about a 7-10min walk from the bus terminal. Free breakfast was good and located on the roof top. Good view of sun rise if you wake up early enough.

Excellent

Everything was exactly as we thought and even better. The hospitality was the best, everyone was there to help you (destinations, places, room etc) . The room was clean , the towels were changed and the room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was nice and tasty.

I have nothing bad to say everything was very nice, I recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to enjoy their vacation at it’s best.

Clean, quiet place, the room was great, big and bed very comfortable. Breakfast could be improved but good enough. The main positive for us was the young receptionist that checked us in, she was very helpful and with a great costumer service to provide, The male and the other lady at front desk needs to improve a little on their costumer service but so far so good. Overall we had a good time staying with Ameresia.

No recommendation as far too loud due to the uphill road

It is a nice hotel with with a little pool, clean facilities and bathrooms. The receptionist was nice and explained us the area, some history and where to go.

1. Noise level 2. Size of the apartment 3. Value for money We paid a high price for 2 days and expected something extraordinary. But: The hotel is located in a curve of a road where every 30 seconds a Motor or All wheel vehicle accelerated up the hill right next to the rooms. This is so noisy that lying by the pool doesn't make sense. This noise lasted the entire night that sleeping even with earplugs did not work. Also we booked the suite for 4 people but with one kid sleeping on the sofa and the second on a small cot, the living room could not be used anymore. Would have expected a note before.

Good

The location was excellent for us and the staff were so nice too. I felt as if the staff took care of us very well throughout our stay.

Not many negatives at all. The only issue to be very pedantic was that there wasn't a window with natural light so that was quite off putting in the morning.
