We had a 6th. floor room which had excellent views across the old town to the hills. The room also overlooked a park immediately across the access road. Car parking was off site but arranged with a local below ground park in easy reach of the Hotel.
There could have been more information about the area in the room. It would also have been helpful to have the restaurant menu/times in the room.

Comfortable beds, clean and efficient. Right by the bus stop of L1 bus from station and up to old town, which is a tough walk. Good value for money

This hotel is well located in the centre of the city overlooking a very nice shaded park, and only a five minute walk from the main coomercial/restaurant area.

Clean rooms, nice staff.
The room was very cold. When we called reception to complain, they offered to move us to a different room. We declined and said we'd manage with a radiator or heater. They brought a radiator, but also (without telling us) turned up the heat in the room remotely. Only then did it become comfortably warm.
So, the heating had clearly been kept low until we complained, and only adjusted after our call—and discreetly, without informing us. This has been a recurring pattern in every hotel I've stayed at through Booking.com here in Spain, but in reverse during the summer.
In hot weather, rooms have been unbearably warm, and the in-room AC controls were useless. When I called reception, one hotel in Castellón de la Plana claimed they couldn’t make it cooler. In another in Teruel, they sent someone who pretended to fix the AC in the room, then left, remotely adjusted the AC to make it colder, and came back to continue his fake repair act before saying it was now "fixed." Shameless. It makes me lose trust in your hotel rating system.
