The location cleanliness everything was great
The layout of main dining room could be improved for easier flow

Pool areas, restaurant, friendliness of the staff - always willing to help - the price of on-site drinks versus off-site (still more expensive but not unreasonably so). The reception team were brilliant !
Having to pay a daily rate for the use of an in-room safe .... this is standard requirement in all other hotels we visit where the service is free.
The lack of in-room iron and ironing board. Clothes come out of the suitcase creased and having an iron in the room would be very useful in order for us to look our best eg, for dinner.
The pool attendants are not diligent enough in enforcing the no reservation of sunbeds directive. Before 09:30 each morning, any sunbed reserved with a towel and not a person, should be removed rather than just a note left on the sunbed asking guests not to do it.

The gardens and water features
The drain smell outside but it was particularly hot the week we went

Such a beautiful hotel. It was spotlessly clean, and it was definitely a super relaxing hotel to stay in. My stay was only short unfortunately but my experience of this hotel was outstanding. The location of the hotel is good as its only a short walk to the beach, bus station, bars and restaurants.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.
