Was there for a birthday stay and staff upgraded us to a seaview room, left towel sculpture, birthday card, chocolate and balloons in the room, all complimentary which was lovely. We booked breakfast which had great choice and all piping hot. Staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. We stayed there before and will definitely go back again.
There wasn't anything really, there isn't much space for parking at hotel but we managed to get a space, but it's Oban and there's plenty of paid parking round about.

Clean and comfortable bed. Nice shower.
Bed was so big it was hard to get into the room.

Hotel was in a wonderful location with a superb view. Almost all the staff I met were lovely. I had a room for 1 person and it was spacious and comfortable. I actually think I was unknowingly upgraded which I very much appreciate! Breakfast was lovely. Room was clean!
I would visit again.
My tv didn’t work. The receptionist tried to help me but I was unable to use it for my 3 night stay and she’d said that some of the tv’s in the hotel weren’t set up to work at all which I found really disappointing. I was also there during an orange weather warning storm so spent a lot of time in my room. Thank goodness I’d taken my Kindle.
The room although nice at first glance needed some TLC. Lots of marks on the walls, scratched up flooring with chunks missing and dresser sitting on bits of wood?
Was also never able to get hot water from the shower during my stay.
