We ended up having a studio suite located on exterior of the property. It was very clean, washer/dryer combo we didn’t expect, and an overly large bathroom. The suite was good to relax. Everything looked like photos.

The room was clean. The bathroom has been renovated with good shower pressure. However, the beds were quite uncomfortable.
Note that there is no elevator on the premises - not a big deal for us but that may not be the case for everyone.
Lastly, the breakfast is overpriced. I would probably go out if I were to return. At 15 pounds each, that converts to just under $30 can. Even in overpriced Toronto, that’s expensive.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent, and the parking safe and ample. Two negatives: (1) no elevator, which makes coming and going difficult, even if you are ambulatory, and (2) the hotel is across the street from a very loud, rough bar; the music was loud, and the patrons very intoxicated.
