Check-in: Check-in was easy and very smooth, from the counter to the luggage being sent to the room. We arrived late at the hotel and checked in at 10++++ PM. Room & Amenities: The room was equipped with a comfortable bed and pillows, perfectly sized for a family of four. When we requested extra blankets, the hotel provided us with a portable bed. We were truly impressed by the prompt action and assistance from the hotel staff, and we are very grateful for their help. Thank you so much! :) Food: During our stay at the hotel, we were grateful that breakfast was included. Most of the food was delicious and served in appropriate portions, so we had no complaints. We especially enjoyed the pastries and breads, as well as the nasi lemak with prawn sambal, the chicken burger, the panini, and the murtabak. Location: The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Queensbay Mall, the largest mall in Penang. It takes about 5 to 7 minutes to reach the mall on foot. Additionally, there are various restaurants, shops, convenience stores, and banks surrounding the hotel.

Check-out: Everything went very well during my check-out until I inquired about parking. The response I received from the staff member handling my check-out was unpleasant. When I asked about the parking period after checking out, her reply was unhelpful, and she did so without a smile, showing a doubtful expression. It left me wondering if she was having a bad day or if she simply didn't want to assist me. Parking area: The parking area layout is quite challenging, making it difficult to park my vehicle. I dislike the design (The old design); manoeuvring is a hassle. Transitioning between levels is especially difficult. Amenities (Drink in room): Thank you for the complimentary items provided in the room. However, I noticed that there was a can of beer included in the fridge. I recommend ensuring that only appropriate items are placed in the room, taking into account the preferences and sensitivities of your guests. I'm sure the hotel has records of who will be staying in the room prior to check-in, which could help in this regard.

Complimentary Mini-Bar, good unblock view for my room at the 12th Floor. Free Wifi Signal in the room was strong and stable. Toiletry amenities were provided in the room. Room size was spacious. For the Breakfast provided, its variety was wide ranging.

Clothes "Cupboard" was not very big. If a family of three were to stay in that room, the "cupboard" would not be big enough. No drawers located at the "Cupboard" to allow me to put small clothes items.

Location was great, right next to Queensbay mall and close to the Bayan Lepas factories

Wifi was horrible. First night we were there, couldn't connect to Wifi, was told server need to be rebooted but they could only do it the next morning. Once server was rebooted, we could connect but Wifi speeds was horrible. Enough for regular browsing but not good enough for a teleconference. For a busisness hotel, this was disappointing.
