Located in the middle of everything
Poor Wifi connection, used my pocket wifi during the stay.
Executive suite perks not executive enough. Only liked the free laundry per day (3 pieces)

The night manger Hoang Ahn and day manager Pham Le Ahn are the best in the business. They know customer service and made this Four star hotel feel like a Five plus star experience. Thank you guys.

Location is fantastic.
Shower was an issue and repeatedly flooded the bathroom. Tv remote was not good, didn’t sync properly with the Tv - at times non responsive.

Very well appointed in a good location.
The concierge arrangement is poor. It took 25 minutes to book in when we were the only ones booking in. It took as long to book out. They presented me with 3 different bills for two rooms because although I had informed them of the mini bar usage they forgot to put it on the first bill. Then whilst waiting for a taxi they presented a revised bill. Then with the taxi waiting outside they presented a further revised bill!
When you first arrive they give you a voucher for a free beer from the bar, which after travelling for several hours was very welcome. The reality is somewhat different. The beer turned out to be little more than a mouthful, less than a small glass of water. When I asked about the quantity I was advised that the manager had instructed the staff that it was to be 200mls. The glasses were unmarked, all four had varying amounts in them and after many years experience of working bar I do not believe any one of the four had 200mls in them. We asked for our concerns to be passed to the manager but customer concerns did not appear to concern the manager!
