Came for grandson's Barmitzvah outside of hotel so didn't partake in any meals in restaurant. Enjoyed good service and ,because I am disabled, was impressed by staff response
For the second time running I had to book for two nights when I had to leave after one day. Nobody offered me any discount and I felt that I was not treated fairly. I have been many times in the hotel over the years and I would have hoped from the new management some form of recompense. The elevator system is unsatisfactory on Shabbat, especially for someone in a wheelchair, but that you must hear from many guests.

Newly renovated, clean and spacious rooms and great food
The parking lot could be renovated and be made safer. There are no hair dryers in the rooms

Very disappointing breakfast -no black tea, small variety of breads .no signs to understand what’s in each bowl I didn’t know how to choose from the variety of cheese no sigh of fat percentage nor whic cheese .an omelette stand but no staff at 7:30
