The location of the hotel is very convenient, with the train station, the beach, and several supermarkets all within a well-distributed 1.5 km walking distance. Bus stops are also nearby (even for a bus to/from the airport). It is a small three-story property, but everything is beautifully designed for maximum comfort. The rooms are clean, and the air conditioning cools the room perfectly. Towels were changed and housekeeping was done daily (even though I requested it every other day). A special thank you goes to Erika, who was incredibly helpful and clearly went above and beyond her duties to assist us. After reading prior reviews, I was a bit worried about the lack of a physical reception. However, the check-in process was incredibly fast since I filled out the registration details and paid the tourist tax while still on the plane (thanks to the onboard Wi-Fi). Any questions we had were quickly resolved via WhatsApp, and our room faced neighboring houses, making it quiet enough to sleep with the windows open. If we have the chance to visit this part of Spain again - and if hotel prices stop skyrocketing so rapidly - we would absolutely stay here again.
Unfortunately, one issue we reported on our very first day was never resolved: the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken and stayed unrepaired during our stay. Since our bathroom did not have a window, this was quite inconvenient.

We liked the location being close to the airport and within walking distance to food and coffee places.
We didn't like that they don't have any English instructions on their snack and water machine. We didn't like that they didn't leave any light on in the lobby, you have to use your phone flash light to walk in the lobby.

Automatic check in, left one tshirt after check out and they kept it for me
A/C was old not working properly (fan broken and power very weak), no option to storage luggage after check out after 3pm, instructions about check in poor and late, nobody picked up the phone, soap in the shower missing (had to use the one for the hands),
