Älteres Hotel Zentral gelegen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, bis zum Königspalast sind es ungefähr 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Tiefgarage des Hotels kostet 25€ extra und ist mit einem großen Auto eine Herausforderung. 😉

Excellent location, great little hotel. Very clean and welcoming

It was in a great location and value for money. Excellent help from staff. We required additional towels and they were provided immediately. Would absolutely recommend

Comodidad y comfort a muy buen precio

Ubicación excelente, muy cerca a plaza España, la Gran vía, el centro y como iba con mi mascota me encanto tener muchas zonas verdes y un parque precioso cerca. Además de varios mercados y tiendas de comercio. El apartamento muy amplio, cómodo, iluminado, con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable. El personal en la recepción y de aseo muy amable y siempre con un saludo y una sonrisa. Nos encanto, volveremos.

Lo único que creo podría ser mejor es la limpieza de la cocina y sus implementos. El resto fue maravilloso!

Perfecto, grande y bonito. 100% recomendable!

Nos encantó el apartamento, mucho más grande de lo que parece en las fotos. Hemos estado genial. El salón es muy bonito y acogedor.

La única pega que se podría decir sería la calidad del wifi que a veces se caía. Pero lo demás todo perfecto.

Need some improvement to be rated top one. Wouldn’t returm!

Clean, well located hotel but could be better if..

Staff could be more kind and internet access was shut down at 8:00 am in the day of departure.. Ridiculous. Also while waiting to depart to train station I’ve asked about a restroom at ground floor and was oriented to go to restaurant by hotel side.. That almost didn’t allow me to use it..

Great hotel, clean room, good location

The Aparto-Hotel was very nice, the location was great, the room was even nicer than advertised, well maintained and very clean. A place to recommend.

We booked for 2 adults and 1 child. Exactly after the free cancellation deadline we were informed that if we wanted a separate bed for our child we needed to pay an additional 33 euros. This felt like a very cheap trick to get extra money. We declined and upon arrival we found the room had in fact a sleeping couch for the child. Of course this was great, but it made me wonder what would have been different if we had said yes to the extra bed. I am fine paying extra for a bed, but tell me up front, even more so if we already have been in contact with eachother about a different arrival time, and don't wait until I can no longer cancel.

Alojamiento perfecto

Nos encanta este alojamiento. En una zona perfecta, tranquila y cerca de todo. El aparto-hotel cuenta con habitaciones amplias, el baño super completo , muy limpio y el personal siempre dispuesto y tremendamente amable. Hemos estado varias veces y volveremos sin duda. Gracias

El precio ha subido muuucho, como la media en general. No estaría mal bajarlo un poquito

Aparthotel para descansar y relajarte.

Reservamos un apartamento. Nos pareció muy bien distribuido el espacio, la habitación, salón… las dos televisiones, una en el salón y otra en el dormitorio, los armarios. La verdad que nos encantó, estuvimos muy cómodos y repetiremos cuando volvamos a Madrid.

Quizás el baño se veía muy antiguo y un poco deteriorado, pero estaba muy limpio.

Pillows were extremely hard. Apartment smelt of cigarettes No kettle and few cups etc Not as clean as it could be in places.

Loved Madrid, had a great time and look forward to visiting again

The hotel is located in a central part of town which was close to our tour coach pick up and drop off so suited us very well. Everything was close by, metro, city buses, shops, parks and supermarket so good location. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and always someone at reception. The rooms were clean and had all necessary amenities, although a little jaded. we felt the price was reasonable for the area and would stay again.

Perhaps some of the facilities in the rooms could do with an update, small things were in need of tightening and fixing, the sockets and taps and small little things easily fixed by a maintenance person.

By priority: 1. Cleanliness - clean room, clean toilet and shower. 2. Staff - kind, welcoming, willing to help. Everyone. 3. Quiet. A metro station is nearby. A bus stop is nearby. Close to the hotel: Kurt Ingels, Zara, Oisha. A bus stop is nearby, where a free bus runs. A little far from the center. we knew . You can get anywhere by metro.

Great location, many eating places, the Arguelles station nearby and a wonderful park nearby too.

The cleanliness/cleaning. It's nice that cutlery are provided, but housekeeping doesn't wash them nor provide soap and sponges for washing them.

They say 3 star aparthotel but it should be 4 stars.

The apartment was spacious and extremely clean. Comfortable bed. No noise from the street/halls/other rooms. The kitchenette has the minimum to prepare a quick meal. It was really nice - being an apartment where people can sleep on the living room - that the bathroom was independent from the room. Good wifi.

Nothing, I really enjoyed my stay.

Very convenient location close to the metro station, only a couple of stops to major attractions. Lift in the building. Comfortable bed.

No coffee bags and just 2 'welcome' teabags looked awkward in comparison.
