The room was clean and a good size, and included all the general amenities as expected.
Staff were friendly, polite, and assisted with booking taxi's for us.
I can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't include it in our booking.
I was happy with all aspects of the hotel.

The location is amazing! Walking distance to the Parque del Oeste, access to bus and metro lines, ready to get to the city center, and a block from three Corte Inglés. Irene was so helpful and sweet!
