We stayed at Wroxall Abbey as a family of 4 (14yr old & 12 yr old inc) towards the end of the summer holidays and absolutely loved it. The rooms were beautiful - incredibly spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean - with glorious views over the grounds. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. As well as breakfast we had dinner there 1 night and it was exceptional. The hotel has loads of character and a fascinating history. We all loved it, it really did feel like a very special place. We’re now going to book for my parents to stay too, it was just so fabulous!

The building, the Team there and the location were amazing. My room was really beautiful.
There was only 1 issue which was the music from the Bar. I asked day one when I go to my room, and could hear the Bass from the Bar music system.
I was told it would be switched off at 9.30pm which was great. And day one it did, day 2 it didnt and day 3 I had to call numerous times to Reception as Id been trying to sleep since 10.30pm and eventually at 11.20pm it was switched off. Again its not loud, but It stopped me sleeping. Sleep is really important, and I felt this was unacceptable.
It was off before 10pm on my last night, but funnily enough it was on low at 7.20am in the morning for Breakfast Customers and did wake me.
I loved this Hotel - stunning, but I wouldnt go back due to the noise. Avoid room 43/44 etc above the bar.
