spectacular sea view from our room, nice and wide balcony with deck chairs. the location is the best in the area.
staff is nice and friendly. breakfast offers variety and good stuff.
our room was noisy, probably an update on sound insulation would be needed.

Right on Camino Ronda (beautiful coastal walk path), great restaurant with an ocean view!
I stayed in the Family Room, which is on the ground floor where the people walking the Camino Ronda would pass by, so they can look into your room. But other than that, it was nice.
The check-in process was very slow, as they ask for every detail of each traveler and enter the details manually one by one... They should come up with a better system to do this so that we don't have to spend so much time waiting for the check-in process (for example, let the guests fill in their details on a paper form or a digital form and sign, or submit all details prior to the stay, etc)

Location is stellar, right next to beaches. If you want a lounge chair you can rent one on the beach. We had ocean view with small balcony, very nice. Rooms are getting a little dated but still quite adequate. Air con was very cold.didnt try the breakfast but it looked really good. Nice bar/lounge area where you enjoy drinks and tapas. There is a little garden area to sit near the lobby.
Rooms need a little improvement but overall there really were no negatives or any issues.

The location is great, just by the beach. Its also good to be a bit away from the center’s tourist crowd. The reception is very welcoming and helpful. The staff overall and very pleasant all time.
The value for the price do not match. The rooms are not well maintained. There are stains on the walls. Bathroom hygiene was bad. The rain shower sometimes did not work and never gives hot water. The pillows are terrible. I asked for extra pillows and got them on the 3rd time asking. Breakfast is quite poor. Overall does not match with expectations when you pay high cost per night.
