Great breakfast and great location plesant and helpful staff in all their different rolls
no fan as it was hot in the room had to have window wide open at night could hear traffic noise

Great location, fabulous breakfast and superb staff. Plus of course Tinker the parrot!
Efficient room servicing and free parking.
There was a large crack in sink (room 46), but otherwise perfect.

Nearby to bus stop and town.
Parking was difficult for disabled drivers.
Due to the very hot weather a fan would be useful in the room. As bedroom was facing the road very noisy with traffic with window open.

The location was really good, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast was delicious.
The hotel was extremely dated in relation to it's interior design. It's probably not been modernised in 50 years. I am 50 years old (a very young 50 year old for my age) and I was the youngest guest by 20 years.
