Egy apróság. Soha nem dohányoztunk és a nyitott ablaknál a kijelölt dohányzási helytől, éreztük a szibánkban.. de ez tényleg csak apróság.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Kastélyhotel Sasvár. I genuinely can’t fault it. The hotel itself is magnificent: elegant, full of character and so incredibly beautiful that I never quite got tired of just looking around and taking it all in. At the same time, it is wonderfully comfortable and has a very relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
The service was excellent throughout. Every member of staff we encountered was helpful, attentive and genuinely polite, which made the whole experience feel effortless.
It is also a fantastic place if you want to properly relax. The spa was lovely, and there are so many facilities and things to do within the hotel that you could happily spend plenty of time without going anywhere at all. But the location is equally wonderful for exploring, there is so much to see and do in the surrounding area, with absolutely beautiful countryside and amazing hiking right on the doorstep.
It was the perfect combination of elegance, comfort, relaxation and adventure. A really special place, and somewhere I would very happily return to. Highly recommended.

A környezet csodálatos.A konyha kiváló - néhány kifogással. Tükörtojás, lazac egyetlen nap nem volt reggelire - meg sem kérdezték , hogy szeretnénk-e. A dinnye hazájában , dinnyeszezonban a gyümölcsasztal roskadozott a narancstól és banántól. Nem a dinnyétől A személyzet segítőkész, udvarias.
A szoba takarítása - pocsék. A kert karbantartása - nincs kertész? A recepció hozzáállása - több alkalommal keresetem mobilszámon a recepciót - nem vették fel, de nem is hívtak vissza. A hívószámom megjelent a telefonukon.
