загалом помешкання непогане: добре розташування, відносно чисто, зрозуміла та чітка комунікація з орендодавцем;
помешкання знаходиться на вулиці поряд із нічним клубом, тому вночі дуже шумно. також не були чітко прописані години нічної тиші для мешканців, тому сусіди по квартирі теж можуть бути шумними.
був наданий лише один рушник для всього тіла;
багато мурах на кухні
