We had an absolutely wonderful stay at W Budapest. From the moment we arrived, everything was outstanding. We were very kindly upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was beautiful, spacious, stylish and extremely comfortable. It made our stay even more special.
Our children stayed in the other room, and their room was also fantastic. Both rooms were beautifully designed, very clean and comfortable, and everything was maintained to an excellent standard.
The service was exceptional throughout our entire stay. Every member of staff we interacted with was professional, welcoming, friendly and attentive. We truly felt well looked after from check-in until departure.
Excellent experience and absolutely worth it.
We loved everything about W Budapest and have nothing negative to say. The beautiful rooms, wonderful upgrade, outstanding service and overall atmosphere made this one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The friendliness of the staff and the breakfast although considered small but they had a menu you can order off and everything they served tasted amazing!

The staff were amazing, Adam in the restaurant was very good and gave us lots of local knowledge, the south african women in the restaurant was also very kind and helpfull. The cleaning staff were all very friendly and did a fantastic job
The check in was shambles. It took 20mins and I was the only person there. But they did upgrade my room so I cant complain.

The hotel itself it’s a piece of art! The location is perfect! If you love design, this hotel will exceed your expectations.
Generally the service was not at all at the hotel level. I was really disappointed. With the only exception with Shada -a waitress at the restaurant who really understands what service excellence means (thanks, u we’re shining among the rest) and the guys taking care of the luggage, all he rest we’re not at the level. Reception service was slow and although they were very kind they forgot to take care of a child bed we had with us. We had to call them. Not enough slippers at the room. Even the spa didn’t offer slippers. Breakfast was good but not something special. Many mistakes from the staff, don’t confirm orders, very slow and forget things. I had only the very extraordinary situation where 6:30am re-charged me with a deposit money because my bill at the restaurant had been excepted 10€ the nominal deposit! And the goulash soup yes delicious but so overpriced! Even a lobster soup wouldn’t cost that much . For such a superb hotel ..the service has left behind. Hope they take measures to improve
