Great countryside hotel, typical Tuscan (although physically in Umbria just a couple of hundred meters across from provincial border). We were upgraded to bigger room (suite) - morning view from the window was unforgettable. Staff organized dinner by the pool, pleasant atmosphere and attitude of the staff. Pool was useful after hot day in Pienza.
Very minor misunderstanding over coffee at breakfast. Everything else was perfect.

Perfect - we certainly found a jewel of a location here that we will save for future trips to Italy as a family. Beautiful location in the countryside, amazing staff (x10), and farm-to-table fresh food (the best we had).
Nothing- it was perfect, and that is rare for us to say.

Beautiful property. Staff were so kind and hospitable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Breakfast was good - plentiful and good selection
Visited April 14-16th but we were the only guests! All very quiet and not all up and running which was disappointing. Went out for dinner and on our return at 10pm there was no one around and no means of getting a drink.
