Pleasant

the pool area is kept spotless and Is often quiet which is a bonus. close to the major center Yumbo which is a bonus less than a 10 minute walk.

The rooms are a little outdated. no air conditioning. Sound could be heard from other hotels and if people were talking loudly at the pool. the wifi did not work in the apartment.

Great proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants and easy to get to from the airport.

Our shower head was broken the entire time we were there.

Great location, good size room, lovely balcony!

Nice big apartment with lovely big balcony facing the sun! Great location for Yumbo, Cita and beach front, equidistant from each. The Sandia centre, with it's 2 supermarkets, bars and restaurants is right on the doorstep, literally less than 1 minute away. The pool area is lovely, perfect for those Gran Canaria days when the beach is too windy to really enjoy. Plenty of sun beds, lots of space and the pool was heated (Jan/Feb 2023). Very clean and well kept and sheltered from the wind. There are also good toilets with showers by the pool as well as cold showers around the pool. Firm but comfortable bed, no complaints there. the usual thing of 2 singles pushed together to make double (a very big double!), The apartment was well equipped; toaster, kettle, microwave, 2 ring electric cooker, large fridge/freezer, hair drier. The bathroom was a little tired and could really do with some shelving for toiletries but the shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. They also supply shower gel.

Not much room for improvement, but a refresh of the bathroom wouldn't go a miss, some shelving, certainly, but that didn't detract from the stay. And maybe some big tea mugs, you can't get a decent cuppa in those little ones ;-)

Lovely apartments in good location

Stayed here with my family. Nice apartments and the pool was heated so very pleasant to get into and quiet so no worry about getting a sunbed

Nice apartments at great location

Location. Big appartment. Big bed. Baby bed placed in appartament for our baby before arrival without us requesting it- that was very thoughtful. The pool was neat and clean and nice. Safety was good over there.

No elevator or so. We carried a buggy every day 2 times a day up the stairs and down the stairs.

It was clean, good location, nice apartment, clean pool.

When we arrived there was nobody at the reception, even though we send them a mesage at what time we will be arriving. We called and they messed up our reservation. So we had to go to different stay at eo Las Gazelas for a few days. They didn't even offer an apology. Also the security guy was creepy.

Close to all amenities, nice staff, very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice clean apartment . The heated pool was very welcome as the weather was a bit overcast.

It took about half an hour to get into the complex because we phoned and there was a misunderstanding about collecting the keys. We didn't get the code straight away and had to wait then phone again. Also wasn't made clear that the box was not locked and we could've just lifted the lid to get our envelope. Otherwise, all good.

so friendly ,staff are amazing , the property is super clean 3min to beach and supermarket is 2 min away and walk to yumbo 5 min , we will be definitely coming back again

Basic...ok....just...get what you pay for...

Swimming pool Area..quiet...always get a sunbed...the man on reception was very helpful...bed was very comfy.....big balcony...quiet...hadca bot of a refurb.since last stay..looked cleaner around outside areas...

Oh dear..The CLEANING. ..the cleaners never came .floors especially bathroom dirty..litter bin not emptied..and no lighting in bathroom..!! Broken ...told cleaner .she just shrugged her shoulders...eventually man on reception sorted it ...on the last day..

practical and well located

the location is great. the apartment comfortably accommodate 3 friends sharing.

it was hard to tell if there was cleaning service or not. pool opening hours could start earlier.

Average Hotel but conveniently situated

Well located not far from the sea front and yumbo centre very large apartment with a big south/southwest facing balcony over looking a lovely swimming pool

On the 4th floor only accessible by stairs and a bit noisy in the evenings up to midnight due to live music from nearby bars and the hotel opposite no kettle but a coffee machine was provided and no laundry facilities as advertised

Overall an excellent stay ( except the toilet issue)

Excellent location and nice apartment with good facilities . Very good shower , comfortable bed and good size balcony. Staff were friendly.

The toilet as was difficult to flush.

Code for door instead of being given one key is a brilliant idea. Right next to supermarket. Pool not freezing

Well located, clean apartment

Lovely pool with a good location in terms of distance to Yumbo and the beach. For a solo traveller, it was a nice apartment. really spacious balcony.

The sound proofing was quite bad and the apartments need a spruce up (particularly the kitchen and bathroom). The lighting for the kitchen and bathroom would benefit by being brighter.

Nice situated close to supermarket. Clean and tidy. Big pool and spacouis yard.

Unfortunately the pool area is in the shadow from 4 o clock. Due to neighbour bulidings. Three time a week live music from openair bar 150 meters away.
