El trato del personal ha sido excepcional, la habitación amplia y limpia

Por poner algo, el mobiliario del año estaba muy junto y era un poco incómodo.

El personal super amable. A pesar de no tener el desayuno incluido, el hotel cuenta con su propia cafetería, que aunque pequeña y atendida por el personal del hotel, te proporcionan todo lo necesario para un buen desayuno a un precio muy asequible. Muy limpio

El parking propio del hotel un poco pequeño. Pero nosotros nunca tuvimos problemas para aparcar

Hemos visitado Ayamonte en sus Fiestas Patronales y el hotel Riavela fue el lugar elegido para nuestro hospedaje. Es un lugar tranquilo y cómodo con una limpieza exquisita y un personal muy agradable. Me volvió a sorprender gratamente el aroma tan agradable que hay al entrar en el hotel y en las habitaciones. Me encanta como huele. La habitación confortable Y el baño con un buen equipamiento.

No hay nada que comentar a este respecto.

Cheap & cheerful, very clean and staff were friendly. The hotel is in a quiet location. The air con was really good on what became a very hot day & night. The beds were comfortable

It’s very old fashioned and beyond ‘quaint’. The bathroom had a sink so big you had to squeeze around it to use the loo. We laughed at first, but each ‘visit’ became a chore. We are average size so it was a real pain. The shower was overhead in the bath with no hand rails. The bath was slippery as the bobbly bits in the bottom of the bath were worn out and flat. No slip mat provided. The WiFi was patchy in the room and I had to keep Logging into the wifi. The dining area for breakfast is very small and as the hotel was almost full, it was packed. We decided to have breakfast elsewhere Unfortunately we would not return because of the above.
