The place was relatively clean and the apartment had a good layout.
The AC in the main room didn't cool. But what bothered us the most of the apartment was that almost nothing is included in the kitchen: no salt, no tissues, no dishwasher, no oil... nothing. So not a place I would recommend for short staying.
But I must say the worst part was the location: yes, it's closed to a decent beach and bay, but there's literally only apartment towers around, so no restaurants or anything around besides few small mini markets.
We had to walk for around 20 minutes to get to a street where there were restaurant options, and often we had to take a taxi, since walking under Cartagena heat/humidity isn't fun.

The location was excellent. Everything was nearby, including restaurants, shops, and the beach, which made our stay very convenient.
Honestly, nothing significant. We had a very pleasant stay.
