The hotel was located in an excellent location. The room and facility was spotless. Only 1 thing that we didn't like - everyday we returned to our room, the cleaning person was just chilling in our room. It was like we startled her by returning and she'd start back cleaning. We enjoyed the free food at the lounge for breakfast and throughout the day. The pool was amazing. We walked to a breakfast cafe a couple blocks away, walked to dinner one evening. The hotel is connected to a mall and a grocery store. If we return to Cartegena, we will definately stay here again.

Wonderful hotel. Extremely clean, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast. We were able to chat with hotel staff via WhatsApp for airport shuttle. Pick up was stress free. Once we arrived we were helped by Juan. He took our luggage, escorted us to desk service and to our room. He was extremely helpful, full of information and very friendly. Ana the waitress from the restaurant went above and beyond and made us fresh pot of coffee and ordered us Colombias best arepas for us to try.
Hotel is located right across the street from the beach and next to a shopping mall. Mall has delicious food in the food court. There’s also a supermarket at the lower level. It is best to use hotels taxi. They were available to drop off and pick up. They also provide private excursions (which we hope to use next time we visit).
