Everything was great, the service was great, everything was great, but...
Everything was great, the service was great, everything was great, but I didn't like that Booking gave me a total price, but when I arrived at the hotel, they added a 19% VAT charge. I wasn't happy about that because I was supposed to have already been given a total price on Booking; in all the years I've been booking hotels with you around the world, this is the first time that has happened to me

The room was very nice, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom/shower worked well. Location is good and the overall feel/look of the hotel was pleasant.
Pool - although there was just a couple of fat old men in the pool watching their phones not moving we weren't allowed to throw and catch a little ball in the pool.
Breakfast - wasn't great.
Check in took forever, asking for a letter for proof our kids were ours... very weird. provided passports and stuff and eventually we were allowed to stay in the hotel. Check out was quicker but still took too long.
