The pool was a good size for my children to swim in, breakfast was very nice, very varied, with fresh juices. There were various friendly Toucans, lots of exotic animals. Located in an excellent area, easy to get to.
There were no racoons as advertised on the website. I avoided booking the trip to racoon island because the website said there were some in the hotel. There were no coffees in the room

The beds were comfortable. Sheets and robe were soft. Room were clean. Wildlife in the grounds was wonderful. Swimming pools were clean and towels readily accessible. Location we accessible to Bocagrande. Omelette station at breakfast was a triumph.
Service was slow. In the bar, during breakfast and room service took over an hour to bring one pot of hot water. Rooms were very small. View out of the window was obscured by very dirty windows. Breakfast options were tasteless and bland.
