The hotel is safe and secure, very clean, prices are fair and the location is good.
I didn’t like the staff turning off the air conditioning and returning back to a hot room after being out all day exhausted and sweating. This isn’t good practice which made it uncomfortable and take time for the room to cool down. Breakfast was ok, wish it had a more of a selection for breakfast and orange juice would be nice!

The staff was extremely welcoming and nice! They offered help everytime I had questions. Plus the offered tours that helped me enjoy my short time in Cartagena as much as possible.
Moreover, the location of the hotel is in the center of Getsemaní, which allowed me to walk everywhere in less than 10 minutes
Because the hotel is in the center of Getsemaní, there is a lot of noise in the night. However, I guess that this happens in almost every hotel in the area

The location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed with the charge at the end . Their were a refrigerator with beverages. No one said it was a mini bar .it looked liked a normal mini refrigerator. So I had two local beers a bottle of water and 4 little package of snacks .when I was checking they charge me about $45.00
