The location was fantastic and the rooms & bathrooms were superb and very clean.
I particularly liked the pod style dorm beds which were huge and comfy.
Also all the staff that I encountered were very helpful and kind especially Juan who was a lovely young chap on reception that was always happy to help.
The kitchen is great big and light but with only 2 plates, 1 bowl and 1 set of knives and forks + 2 very blunt chefs knives is impossible to use and could be improved.

Amazing location in the old town center, still quiet when inside the building. Very cool style. Rooftop bar with discount for guests.
The included breakfast was basic but very good.
Comfortable big bed, very friendly receptionists.
The bathroom had a shower built on top of a bath made of mosaic, the water wasn't going down and the tiles were damaged.
The room had no windows because it was facing inside the building.
The ladies that were cooking breakfast were a bit rude as if they were hating you and their job.

The dorm room smell d like mold and the bathroom was not very clean and water water everywhere when you take a shower and nowhere to put your shampoo and body wash while taking a shower
