Good morning ! Unfortunately I was not pleased with my stay at your hotel due to some issues with the room and staff lack of hospitality and services. 1. I booked double room queen bed with balcony however I was given a smaller room.
1. The shower drain is very slow and the water rises creating a huge pool of standing water in the shower which is gross can cause bacteria infection.
2. The shower door doesn’t close properly which makes water coming out on to the floor causing a leak and slip hazard.
3. I would like the manager to contact me personally so that we can resolve all issues because I booked this hotel again in advance.
